MY ROLE

THE PROBLEM
People want quick answers about their money but don’t trust an assistant that can’t show its working.
KEY DECISIONS
The choices that shaped the product.
- I paired every assistant answer with the transactions or figures it was based on.
- I offered suggested questions so first-time users know what the assistant can help with.
- I kept manual controls available everywhere, so the assistant supports decisions rather than making them.
