THE PROBLEM
Expense data is dense and spread across categories, people and time. Flo needed to make patterns visible at a glance.
KEY DECISIONS

- I organised the dashboard from overview to detail, so trends come before line items.
- I flagged unusual spending inline instead of hiding it in a separate alerts area.
- I standardised chart types and colours so the same data always looks the same.
