THE PROBLEM
Shoe fit depends on measurements most runners don’t know. FitX needed to collect that data without making the experience feel like a form.
KEY DECISIONS
The choices that shaped the product.
- I broke the fit questions into short, visual steps so runners always know how far they are from a result.
- I explained each recommendation in plain language, so runners understand why a shoe suits them.
- I kept product imagery and fit data side by side so people can compare without leaving the page.
