THE PROBLEM
Enterprise buyers are wary of AI agents they cannot see or control. BYOND needed to explain an abstract product clearly enough to earn trust.
KEY DECISIONS
The choices that shaped the product.
- I framed every AI capability around the job it replaces for a team, not around the underlying technology.
- I built a restrained visual system so the product reads as enterprise-ready rather than experimental.
- I created reusable components so new capabilities can be added without redesigning the page structure.
